Everything Made In-House

Sheets are CNC laser cut for clean precise edges. Each piece is NC bent to exact dimensions. Joints are TIG welded for strong food-safe seams. Welds are ground back and mechanically buffed to a smooth hygienic finish with no sharp corners or grease traps.
Before any unit leaves the factory it goes through dimensional inspection, weld inspection, surface finish grading and load testing. If a piece does not pass it does not ship. This level of control is only possible when fabrication happens in-house. It cannot be replicated through a supply chain.
A Single Team from Start to Finish
The team that visits your site at the consultation stage is the same team that designs your layout, fabricates your equipment and installs it on site. There are no handoffs to third party contractors at any stage.
